Welcome to Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) provided by EMS Airflow. This hygiene modality was developed in Switzerland. We have spared no expense to bring this experience to our clients.
What is GBT?
Guided Biofilm Therapy is a state-of-the-art dental cleaning technique that uses advanced technology to visualize biofilm—the sticky film of bacteria that forms on teeth and gums. GBT allows us to identify areas where biofilm is present, enabling us to provide targeted treatments for effective plaque removal and improved oral health.
Does this cost extra?
Nope! This is done at no charge. Don't worry, if you prefer a traditional cleaning, I am able to do that as well. We want to offer you the best, but we realize that isn't necessarily for everyone. Just let your hygienist know at the time of your cleaning if you'd prefer a traditional cleaning.
