Dental Insurance/Billing

We do not collect or submit to any dental insurance companies. We are a pay-for-service provider. However, we are able to provide necessary claim forms that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Absolutely! We are licensed dental providers with all necessary measures to transfer your records to continue your care. Your previous dentist may want you to sign a release form. Please initiate contact with them to make sure records are transferred successfully.

The Smile Shop is the first tele-dental space in Spokane. We offer all our services under the general supervision of a licensed dentist. On your initial visit, all necessary radiographs, photos, medical/dental screenings and periodontal assessment; will be completed. Our dentist will access this information remotely and provide you with a treatment plan and approve preventative services within 48 hours. After this initial visit, all subsequent visits will be routine and not require approval. **Unless there are any major changes in your overall or dental health that requires a doctors approval**

Believe me, I understand how expensive and frustrating dental care can be. By utilizing a tele-dental platform, I am able to keep my overhead relatively low. Thus, I am able to pass some of those savings onto my clients. The Smile Shop, offers low rates compared to general dentist offices across Spokane. We offer low-price membership plans to help provide our clients with preventative care annually.

Nope! Our adult care plan is $350 annually and our periodontal program is $400 annually. No hidden costs or fees, no deductibles, no wait time or co-payments due. Just pay your annual fee and you have 365 days to use all the benefits available. 

We make our fine print not so fine -- here's a few rules regarding our membership plans:

1. Non-transferrable (only you can use them, cannot be shared)
2. Fees are due at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable
3. Membership is valid for 1 year (365 days)
